I never thought I’d see the day…

Do you remember where you were when you got your first iPhone? I sure do. I remember taking it out of the perfect packaging and delicately holding it in my hands while audibly hearing a holy symphony of angels singing the hallelujah chorus. It was… euphoric to say the least.

I needed EVERYONE to know I finally got a brand-spankin’ new iPhone, so using a case was definitely NOT happening. How else was I going to make all my friends jealous?? Oooooh little did I know, the fate-full decision I had just made.

On just day 2 of me enjoying the time of my life with my new iPhone, right then and there, in the parking lot of my work, the inevitable happened. I got a call, held the phone up to my ear, and out slipped my baby (my iPhone… not a real baby) from my grasp and falling to its utter doom. I slowly bent down to pick it up, and turned it over… There it was in all its glory— the infamous “cracked screen”.

I made a vow that day to never be caught dead without an iPhone case again. Since then, I have been a case SNOB. I’ve fallen in love with them. Not only for the extra security they give my precious iPhone, but also their ability to go with my outfits and match whatever sort of mood I’m in.
